Terms of Service
In force since 24 August 2026. Version 1.0.
These terms cover the Ai Builders app and the library at aios.marketingled.com. Short version: the library is free, you may run every system in it inside your own business including for money, and you may not resell the library itself. We give no guarantees, because the systems run on your infrastructure and your judgement.
1. Who you are agreeing with
marketing-led LLC, 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #40067, Houston, TX 77043, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean marketing-led LLC, and "you" means the person signing in. Reach us at matt@marketingled.com.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not, do not create one.
2. What you get
Access to a library of written systems, called cookbooks, plus keynote recordings and the material behind them. Membership is free. There is nothing to buy inside the app and no subscription attached to it. We add, change and retire cookbooks as the systems behind them change, so what is in the library today is not a promise about what is in it next month.
3. Your account
- An account belongs to one person. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.
- Use an email address you actually control. It is how you get back in.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
4. What you may do with the cookbooks
Run them. Adapt them. Use them in your own company and in work you are paid for. Feed them to Claude Code or any other tool and build the systems they describe. That is the entire point of writing them down.
Formally: while your account is open we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own business purposes, including commercially.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, republish or hand out the cookbooks as your own product, course or library.
- Share your access, or post the material where people who are not members can read it.
- Scrape the library in bulk, by hand or with a tool.
- Use the material to build a competing library of the same cookbooks.
- Attack the service, work around the sign-in, or try to reach data that is not yours.
Teaching a client what you learned and building it for them is fine. Reselling the written material itself is not.
6. Who owns what
The cookbooks, the recordings, the site and the app stay ours. This licence gives you the right to use them, not to own them. What you build with them is yours, and we make no claim on it.
If you send us feedback we may act on it and build it, without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything confidential.
7. AI tools, and what they cost you
Most cookbooks tell you to paste a page into an AI coding tool. Those tools belong to other companies, run under their terms, and bill you directly. We are not part of that relationship and we do not control what they produce.
AI output varies, and it is wrong sometimes. Read what it writes before you run it, especially where it touches production systems, customer data or money. The cookbooks state expected costs and build times as honest estimates from our own runs, not as guarantees for yours.
8. No warranty
The library is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that a system will work in your setup, or that following a cookbook will produce a particular result in your business. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect and consequential damage arising from your use of the library. Because membership is free, our total liability to you is limited to 100 USD.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. If you use this as a consumer, your mandatory rights where you live still apply.
10. Ending it
You can leave at any time. Ask us to delete your account through support and it is gone, along with the data described in the privacy policy.
We can close an account that breaks section 5, or stop offering the library altogether. If we close the whole thing we will say so by email first. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive the end of your account.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change something material, the version and date at the top change and we tell you by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using the library after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, close your account.
12. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law where you live, and you may also bring a claim there.
13. The rest
If a clause turns out to be invalid, the others stay in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about the library.
