Signing in
The code did not arrive
- Check the spam folder. The sender is Ai Builders on marketingled.com.
- Wait for the resend timer on the screen and ask for a new one. The old code stops working the moment a new one is sent.
- Corporate filters sometimes hold it. A private address gets through more often.
- Codes expire after an hour. An old email will not let you in.
The link in the email opened the browser instead of the app
Use the six-digit code from the same email instead. It does the same thing and always lands in the app you started from. If you want the link itself to open the app, press and hold it and choose to open in Ai Builders.
I am signed in on my laptop but not on my phone
That is expected. A session belongs to one device. Sign in on the phone with the same email address and you keep the same account.
The app
I changed something on the site and the app still shows the old version
Close the app fully, swipe it away in the app switcher, and open it again. The app loads the library from our server, so a fresh start is all it takes.
A page will not load
Check the connection first. The library lives on the server, so it needs one. If the connection is fine and the page still fails, send us the name of the page.
Deleting your account
Write to us and we delete the account and everything attached to it: your email address, name, company, phone number, the answers you gave at sign-up, and the record of which pages you read.
Request deletionDone within 30 days, usually the same week. We keep one thing on purpose: the note that your address unsubscribed, so that a future mailing cannot reach you by accident. Nothing else survives.
Your data
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, have it corrected, or object to how we use it. The privacy policy lists the rights in full and what we collect in the first place. Requests go to the same address.
Cost
The library is free for members. There is nothing to buy inside the app and no subscription attached to it. What you may do with the cookbooks is set out in the terms of service.
